Welcome to my webpage! I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Economics department at the University of Texas at Austin. My research interests lie in macroeconomics and labor economics.

In my research, I document the extent of mismatch between the skills firms want and the skills workers have, and I use structural estimation techniques to quantify its impact on aggregate labor market outcomes. I also study the effectiveness of pay transparency laws in closing information gaps and raising wages, using data on the near-universe of online job postings in the US.

I am on the job market in the academic year 2026-2027.
